The prices refer to one flat and the specified maximum occupancy:

Flat Freisitz or Schwalbennest
€ 295,-/ day or € 265,50/ day from a booking of 4 nights plus final cleaning € 105,-

We are happy to provide you with a cot (length 120cm), high chair, changing mat and nappy pail free of charge.

Children up to 6 years stay free of charge.

€ 10,-/ night for children between 7 and 12 years
€ 20,-/ night for children between 13 and 17 years

Your dog is welcome to stay with us by prior arrangement, provided it is clean, well-behaved, quiet and short-haired. We charge € 20,- per day without food for your pet. Maximum 1 dog per flat. They sleep in their own bed and do not sit on the furniture. We reserve the right to charge for special cleaning of bed linen or rooms.

The local tax is € 2.00 per person and night for guests aged 15 and over.

The mobility tax of € 0.50 per person and night will be charged for guests aged 15 and over. This tax allows you to use public transport throughout the province of Salzburg.

We are happy to offer you an early arrival or late departure free of charge, subject to availability.

Cancellation from the 31st to the 7th day before arrival: 75% of the agreed rental price.
– from the 6th day before arrival until the time of arrival (only in case of no-show): 95 % of the rental amount
– from the time of arrival: 100 % of the rental amount.
If you are unable to travel due to travel restrictions, business closures or other measures imposed by national authorities, your booking can also be cancelled free of charge.

Exception: Christmas / New Year’s Eve

Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival is free of charge, 59 to 30 days before arrival we charge 40% of the booking amount, 29 to 7 days before arrival we charge 70% of the booking amount, 6 to 1 day before arrival 90% of the price is charged in cancellation fees. In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, the full price will be charged.

A deposit is not required. You can pay in cash on site or in advance by bank transfer.

Taking out travel cancellation insurance means that you are insured in the event of late arrival, early departure or non-arrival due to unforeseen circumstances and that the cancellation fees incurred can be passed on. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung.

The flats are equipped with towels, bathrobes, hairdryers and Susanne Kaufmann products.
In the kitchen you will find a basic supply of spices, oils and vinegar as well as tea and coffee capsules for the Nespressso machine. All flats have upmarket kitchen equipment.

The houses have free wifi.

Your car is well looked after with us! You can park it at Aufberg 1113 in the garage or at Aufberg 1110 in the Caport.

There are numerous charging stations for your electric car in the region – including in car parks at various excursion destinations.

Our water comes from a spring on our mountain and is of the highest drinking water quality.

An extensive selection is available for your stay.

There is a free wood basket in the flat. Each additional basket can be filled by yourself for € 8,-.

We ask you to dispose of rubbish in the rubbish collection points on the way into the valley. These are located at two bends in the road.

Take a deep breath. We ask our guests to refrain from smoking in the house. We have provided ashtrays on the terraces. Thank you for your understanding!
