The apartments are equipped with towels, bathrobes, hair dryer and Susanne Kaufmann amenities. In the kitchen you will find a basic set of spices, oils and vinegar as well as tea and coffee capsules for the Nespressso machine. All apartments have an upscale kitchen equipment.

Our water comes from a spring on our mountain and has the highest drinking water quality

Your car is well looked after with us! You can park it in the garage at AUFBERG 1113 or in the carport at AUFBERG 1110.

A free wood basket is in the flat.
Each additional one can be filled up by yourself for € 8,-.

Your dog is welcome with us by appointment, as long as it is clean, well-behaved, calm and short-haired. For your darling we charge € 20,- per day without food. Maximum 1 dog per flat. They sleep in their own bed and do not sit on the furniture. We reserve the right to charge for special cleaning of bedding or rooms.

The houses have free wifi.

We are happy to provide you with a cot (length 120cm), high chair, changing mat, nappy pail free of charge.

We ask you to dispose of rubbish in the rubbish collection points on the way down into the valley. These are located at two bends in the road.

Taking out travel cancellation insurance means that you are insured in the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show due to unforeseen circumstances and the cancellation fees incurred can be passed on. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Cancellation from the 31st to the 7th day before arrival: 75 % of the agreed rental amount.
– from the 6th day before arrival until the time of arrival (only in case of non-arrival): 95 % of the rental amount.
– from the date of arrival: 100 % of the rental amount.
If you are unable to commence your journey due to travel restrictions, closures or other measures by national authorities, your booking can also be cancelled free of charge.

A deposit is not required. You can pay cash on site, or in advance by bank transfer.
